Is support giving you a generic answer or have they not answered at all? If it's the latter I'd just wait a bit. I paid through paypal personally and got the game just fine it's not a scam.
I wish there was a definitive cancelled announcement or something so I can finally let the tiny bit of hope I have left go lol. Then again that would suck so much for backers :S
